2. Service Description
Creative Designer Directory provides a curated directory of creative professionals and businesses, a digital marketplace for Showit website templates and creative services, and a job board where users can post opportunities and receive bids or applications. Our goal is to support visibility, community, and collaboration in the design industry.
3. User Eligibility
Our platform is open to all users globally. However, you must create an account to post a profile, job, service, or template. You agree that you are part of the design industry or creative service sector. Vendors must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if underage. We reserve the right to verify and approve all profiles and vendors.
4. Account Registration
To create an account, users must provide accurate information including name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and design category or specialization. All profiles are subject to manual review and approval by our admin team. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile that violates these terms. Users may also report suspicious or inappropriate accounts.
5. Payment Terms
A fee is required to join the directory as a listed vendor or creative. Marketplace sales are subject to a 20% commission, with 80% paid to the vendor. Payouts are made monthly or upon request via PayPal or bank transfer. All pricing and commission structures may be updated with prior notice.
6. Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of the content they submit, including profile images and bios, templates and digital products, and service descriptions. By submitting content, you grant Creative Designer Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, market, and promote your content on our platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to upload content you don’t own or have rights to, resell other creators’ templates without written permission, spam or harass other users, misrepresent your services, engage in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activity, or use the platform for purposes unrelated to creative business or services. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
8. Template Requirements
All website templates listed for sale must be designed specifically for Showit. You must be the original creator of the template. Templates from third parties may only be sold with written permission or a formal license agreement. We strictly prohibit unauthorized reselling or repurposing of others’ designs.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including (but not limited to): failing to meet eligibility or template requirements, posting misleading or stolen content, or engaging in behavior that harms the community. Any eligible pending payouts will still be processed.
10. Liability Limitation
Creative Designer Directory is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including lost sales, disputes, or miscommunication between users. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the site.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By using our site, you agree that any legal disputes will be resolved in this jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Users will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard alert. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of the revised terms.

By listing a product or service on Creative Designer Directory, you grant us permission to use your product images, descriptions, and branding materials for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include featuring your listings in social media, newsletters, advertising campaigns, blog content, or homepage features. Whenever possible, we will credit or tag your brand/store appropriately.
