Terms of Service

Creative Designer Directory (“we”, “us”) operates a curated online directory of Showit designers and creative service providers at creativedesignerdirectory.com. By using this site or purchasing a listing, you agree to these terms.

Listings are available to individuals and businesses who provide design, branding, SEO, copywriting, template customisation, e-commerce, white-label, or marketing services, or who sell digital products for creative businesses — website templates, brand kits, courses and similar. We reserve the right to decline or remove listings that do not meet our standards, at our sole discretion.

Some listings link to templates, courses or other digital products sold on the member’s own website. Creative Designer Directory is not the seller and is not a party to those transactions. Any purchase is a contract between you and the member.

• Prices, availability, licence terms, delivery, support and refunds are set and handled entirely by the member.
• We take no commission on those sales and hold no payment details for them.
• Prices shown on this site are indicative and may be out of date. The member’s own store is authoritative.

A listed profile requires a one-time joining fee of $199 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
• We do not currently charge a renewal fee. Should we introduce one in future, we will give existing members advance notice by email, and no card on file will ever be charged without that notice.
• Founding Members (existing members who joined before the platform relaunch) are exempt from any future renewal fee for the lifetime of their account.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if your listing has not yet been published. Once your listing is live, no refunds are issued.

By creating a listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about your services, location, and experience.
• Keep your profile up to date.
• Not submit spam, fake reviews, or misleading content.
• Not use the platform to harass or impersonate other designers.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms, without refund.

Designer profiles may display ratings and reviews supplied by Google. This feature uses the Google Maps Platform, and your use of it is subject to Google's own terms.

• By using the parts of this site that display Google content, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, which incorporate the Google Terms of Service.
• Google's handling of data in connection with this feature is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google ratings and reviews are retrieved live from Google and are not stored by us. Google selects which reviews are shown and orders them by relevance, so what appears is not a complete record of a designer's reviews.
• We do not write, edit, moderate, filter or endorse Google reviews, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Disputes about a Google review must be raised with Google.
• Google content shown on this site may not be copied, scraped, cached or redistributed by you.
• Reviews submitted directly through the directory are separate from Google reviews, are clearly labelled as such, and are moderated by us.

A designer who connects a Google listing confirms that the listing is theirs and that they are entitled to have it displayed on their profile.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (bio, photos, portfolio work). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in promotional materials for the directory.

The Creative Designer Directory name, mark, and site design are our property. You may not use them without written permission.

The directory is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that listings will generate enquiries or revenue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a listing.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active account holders by email of any material changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
