Here’s how we do it.

STEP ONE: Fill out a questionnaire.
I send you a simple questionnaire to fill out to see – details about your offer, the current state of your industry and where your business lies, a few questions about your target audience and what you’d like for me to look at in your audit session, etc.
It shouldn’t take you more than 15-30 minutes to fill out.

STEP TWO: Time for the pre-call research
I do a little bit of research to settle in on how it would look from the perspective of a prospective client (this involves a bit of research of your competitors and your industry) and it’s in this research phase I understand what copy suggestions need to be discussed on the call.

STEP THREE: Audit Call
We get on a call and I immediately do a few things:
Give you my first impression from the perspective of your ideal client visiting your website for the first time
Going through your website page by page and giving suggestions (At minimum, I offer three suggestions that will highly improve your conversions. The most I have done in a single audit session is 27).
I also look at it from a UX design perspective and SEO (I design wireframes for my website copy clients + used to work as an SEO blog writer for three years – I know what I’m doing).

STEP FOUR: Post-call
Post-call, I will share a recording of our session so you can revisit it along with some notes on what we discussed in the call, along with actionable steps you should take immediately.
